Aurora Milroy is a Palyku Aboriginal woman from Western Australia with extensive experience in strategic policy and governance across the Aboriginal community-controlled, and higher education sectors. Aurora has served in executive leadership roles as well in Board level governance roles. Her policy and governance expertise is grounded in advanced qualifications including a Masters of Public Policy with Distinction from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia. Drawing on her strengths in oral and written communication and her advanced analytical capabilities Aurora is passionately committed to supporting strengthened community governance and self-determination. 

Shane Hoffman is an Iman First Nations man from Central Queensland. He has extensive experience working on First Nations policies and programs across the public sector, including 22 years at senior executive levels, and within the First Nations community sector. His experience includes program delivery, policy development and coordination, high-level advice and strategy development. At ANZSOG, he designed the program Working With First Nations: Delivering on the Priority Reforms. Although now semiretired, he maintains an ongoing interest in research supporting First Nations policy development, particularly in community development, sustainability, and selfdetermination.
